completion. Progress reports of each task from your project members help you to view the overall status of the project
at a glance. Address Book Manage the contact information of your clients, customers, and
vendors, etc. in the public address book. Each iOffiecV4 user can have another address book, called private address book
to store personal contact information. User List This is the list of all the iOfficeV4 users.
Use the list to find the contact information of users, send e-mail, or make a phone call to them. You can group users
together by any category so that you use the contact information quickly and conveniently.

your organization. An application is sent to approval users in the order specified in order to approve. Circulation Use Circulation to send circulars to your group members. Since Circulation allows recipients
to comment on a topic, you can use Circulation as a polling tool. Report Use Report to create
and submit reports about tasks to responsible people in your workgroup. Recipients can comment on a report and send back
